HOW DO YOU SHIP THE SHOES? IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT DELIVERY?

Deliveries normally take place Monday to Saturday between 8:00 Hrs and 19:00 Hrs (IST)

A signature is required, however the parcel can be left with a neighbor for residential addresses or at reception for business addresses if you are not at home or available at the time of delivery. If no one suitable can receive the parcel on your behalf then the concern carrier person will try a further two times.

It is advisable to provide a contact telephone number so that we can contact you in case of difficulties.

If you are not at home or available at the time of delivery. You will then receive a "We Miss You" card in your letter box from the DHL agent notifying you of where the parcel has been left.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SHOES TO ARRIVE?

Since the shoes are handcrafted it takes 3-4 weeks for your handcrafted TaTed pair to arrive. Please ensure you or someone else is physically present to sign and notify that you have received your shoes or they will be shipped back.

Due to any unforeseen event's the shipping may get delay for 3-4 working day's, for example due to Act Of God, Festival's Etcetera.

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

There is no shipping cost, we provide you free shipping all over world.

DO YOU PROVIDE EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

No, currently we do not provide expedited shipping.

DO I NEED TO COMPLETE THE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FOR MY ORDER?

You will not need to complete the customs clearance process yourself. For your convenience and to ensure the fastest delivery possible it is handled by our courier DHL.

For orders to Russia and Ukraine, please note that you may be responsible for confirming details to DHL to complete the customs clearance. Within three business days of sending your shipment, you will receive a link via SMS/text message from DHL to submit the requested info. You will need to confirm your passport number and the date of issue.

Kindly note that DHL may also require additional info from you. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of your passport, an invoice confirming your purchase, and a proof of payment. Should you need to submit an invoice of your purchase, please Contact us, and we will be happy to provide it for you. If you have not received this text message, please contact DHL directly with your tracking number.

TaTed will for orders to countries outside the EU and other than the United States, Hong Kong , not charge you for any VAT. You are instead subject to paying local taxes and duties during delivery of your order. TaTed cannot estimate these fees. Please contact your local customs office or DHL directly for further info.
